Built to Make Saving Content Simple
GetInstaReels was born from a simple frustration: downloading Instagram Reels was either impossible, required sketchy apps, or left annoying watermarks. We decided to build something better.
Our Core Values and Principles
Our Mission
To provide the world's most reliable, fastest, and most user-friendly Instagram Reels downloader — completely free, forever. We believe everyone should be able to save content they love.
Our Principles
We are committed to operating ethically. We only support public content, respect creators' rights, and actively educate users about responsible use of downloaded content.
Privacy First
No account required. No data selling. We minimize what we collect and we never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our Story
GetInstaReels started as a side project by a team of developers and designers who were tired of the state of online media downloaders. Most tools were riddled with ads, redirects, malware, or simply didn't work.
We spent months perfecting the technology to reliably extract media from all major platforms, while building a UI that was actually pleasant to use. We launched publicly in 2024 and quickly grew to millions of users who, like us, just wanted a tool that "just works."
Today, GetInstaReels serves millions of downloads per month across 150+ countries. Ready to save your favorite clips? Try our free Instagram Reels downloader, browse our frequently asked questions, or contact our support team.
Public Content Only Policy
GetInstaReels is strictly designed for downloading publicly accessible content. We do not support and actively prevent any attempts to download private or restricted content. We believe in respecting creators' privacy choices and platform policies. If a creator has made their content private, that decision must be respected.
