1. Our Position on Copyright
GetInstaReels respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. We expect users of our service to do the same. Our service is designed for accessing publicly available content only and should not be used to infringe copyright.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it
- Your contact information (address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Copyright Agent. A valid counter-notice must include all information required by the DMCA.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, GetInstaReels will block users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
